The Quality Improvement Support Team [QIST] leads a program of work to improve health outcomes for our patients. This has a particular focus on identifying unwarranted variation in the quality of healthcare services delivered across practices. Please see here for further information about our QIST program.
The Primary Care Development Team is responsible for delivering a program of work aimed at supporting our member practices and Primary Care Networks. This includes programs of work for Digital and Workforce solutions with projects such as: Video Consultations, Text messaging solutions and support for allied health professionals. All of these programs are clinically led and patient-focused with project management and operational support.
